teacher's day celeb

I wanna say to the whole world that I love zhenghua from the bottom of my heart, and it simply rocks!! supposed to meet angela at jelapang station, but she was late!! hmph.. hehe. met naizhah, christina, and chun hung at the station too. gee.. seriously speaking, i couldn't recognise him!! i kept staring at him, thinking who that person was. when jes told me it was chun hung, i was like.. OMG! chun hung???! hahaha. the stupid security guard did not let us because we did not meet the 9.30 time limit and he told us to come back at 11 instead. i was like.. pfft. siao! luckily mdm howe came out in time, and "rescued" us in. hehe. thanks mdm howe! as usual, when we reached the hall, mr sng was nagging, and the concert only started at 9.45 sharp. man.. though this concert did bore me for the first part (only singing and dancing), i began loving the last performance, which was the skit that was put up by the HODs. it simply rocks, alright? mr sng acted as a policeman (he looked damn cool in his uniform.. haha), while mdm nuraini was the one who speeded while driving and got caught by mr sng. the skit made used of the flashback style, so here's how the story went.. mr ng (carebear) was acting as a pai-kia who loves to spit, may tan was the one whom was very vain (keeps looking in the mirror using her hp or something) and purposely wore her skirt above knee length (its our sch ruling that our skirts have to be below our knees), mrs chew loved scolding "shen jing bing" (its means crazy when translated to english), mdm zarina kept asking for permission to go to the toilet and she loved making ondeh-ondeh (dunno how to spell.. lol), mr wee (our english department HOD) was very weak in english, mr haniff was the kind who would doze off in class but was a very sporty guy, and ms linda played the role of being their form teacher and english teacher. it was so damn hilarious. all of us were laughing off our seats. when ms linda told the class that she was their english teacher, mr wee said, "cher.. england(english) not important lah! china(chinese)more important.. cuz everybody is going to china to work mah so we must focus more on our china..", after that the school was like cheering for him. hahaha. well.. i did that also. =P but that it not meant i supported that idea that english can be ignored, and we should place our focus on chinese. there was one time mr ng couldn't stop his spitting habit, and ms linda claimed that she knew wushu, and she displayed her "xiang long shi ba zhang", and mr ng couldn't spit nor talk. after that.. mr lim say choing acted as principal, and he imitated (did i spell wrongly?) mr lim exactly. haha. because ms linda complained to him that she couldn't control the class, he stood up and pull up his pants (like what mr lim always do), and sat down again. he said, "students aren't animals, so you don't control them.. you manage them! (pretty inspiring uh?) you must understand them." the whole school applauded for him when he said that. haha. so.. ms linda did implement some changes to how she managed her class, and after that, it showed how these students managed to hold top positions despite being bad students in the past. mr ng, he became a MP, and was the spokesman for the anti-spitting campaign (he loved to spit last time), mrs chew became a doctor at the woodbridge hospital (she loved scolding "shen jing bing" or crazy), may tan became a designer whom owns a few retail stores, mr wee became a english professor who spoke english with very strong british english accent(he was very weak in english previously), mdm zarina became a celebrity and loved making ondeh-ondeh, and published hot-selling cooking books, and mr haniff became an athlete who will be representing s'pore in the olympic games. well.. i guess this skit is to motivate students who do not have very strong interest in their studies, and i did enjoy myself throughout the concert. i have to mention that i did enjoy the song put up by the five alumni members (four singing, one playing guitar). it made used of the "guan huai fan shi" song, made up of very simple but yet meaningful lyrics, paired up with imperfect pitching (i know i emphasise alot on perfection, yes i know that), hmm.. did you know that the song did moved me to tears (did you notice that? hehe. i DUN lie). from the singing, i saw lots of hard work being put in for this simple performance. great job! *applauds* =DD

went down to the canteen to wait for the students and teachers to come down for their class parties. the first one we saw was mr lim say chiong, and he is still acting so cartoon as before.. haha. well.. i did appreciate his teaching during the study break for o levels,because we couldn't get hold of mrs chew (always missing in action). thanks lots!! saw mrs chew next. though she still carrying that long black face =X, she was smiling today. hehe. spoke to her for a while then saw ms ng after that. luckily she remembered me! haha. she became so talkative.. that we can't stop talking. haha. saw cl as well. well.. nothing changed. he's still the same cheery self though i didn't talk much to him. or maybe not even a "hi", just smiled to him as was busy talking to ms ng. paisehz cl.. hope you don't mind. =) guess what? ms ng don't even know where's nyp. i kept telling her that its at yck.. and, aiya.. i have no clue what she was thinking about lah. hahaha. wished may tan and mdm zarina also.. and may tan said me and angela lost weight. hmm.. i did LOSE weight MEH?! i wasn't aware of it though. =P somehow or rather, i felt i put on extra weight instead of losing it. have been stuffing myself with food during study week (about three weeks ago) till now. haha. eh.. how can i not put on weight? lol. saw ms leow after that. man.. she lost alot of weight!! she became so skinny (till the wind can even blow her away) and every much more haggard than the previous time i saw her during cny celebrations. next time must bring bird nest and chicken essence for her to drink! hahaha. met ms neo also, but didn't really talk much. at first when i saw her at the gate, she couldn't recognise me from far. hmm.. i really wonder whether i changed during this short period of time? it seems that many people couldn't really recognise me. >.< (back to teachers) hehe. after searching for some time, we managed to find ms sim. and chatted with her for quite a while. hmm.. i didn't manage to wish teachers like mr ng, mr dennis ong and quite a number of teachers. although mr ng taught me for only 1 semester, and mr dennis ong (2 yrs), as compared to other teachers who taught us for three to four years, i still would like to thank them for their effort for educating me. anyway.. it would still be the same if i wished them here right? even though they might not know it. hahaha. hesistated to return back to zss after coming out, leen had to get her o level cert, and wanted to look for some teachers with jes. my apologies to angela and merissa, had to let you guys wait for me under the hot scorching sun. so.. we sneaked back into zss. yan, jas and me sat at the place outside their previous classroom while waiting for the two of them. met leen and jes at the gate, and yan went back first. we went to drop by ling's place, she couldn't join us for our trip to town cuz she's having exams later in the day, so we went without her. after leaving her place, we decided to hit town after that! story to be continued tml..remember to tune in eh? hands aching terribly. hehex. bye and nites.. wishing those having holidays happy holidays and happy teacher's day to all teachers around s'pore!! =DD
