back with another entry full of photos.

we celebrated kelly's 19th birthday on tuesday at the mind cafe. sorry guys.. i was late!! lol. met up with kelly, meihua and chloe at dhoby ghaut station, and shortly, we met up with kaiwei and hanquan at plaza sing. we had chicken rice for dinner at a stall near mind cafe, and we reached mind cafe by 8pm.

we played "telepaths", whereby we have to be grouped in teams of two, and according to the picture or word given, you have to write a certain number of words and compare it with your teammate at the end of 45 seconds. for example. if both teammates wrote three same words, this means that they can move three steps ahead. so this is a game which tests how well you can work with your teammate. chloe was grouped with meihua, kelly and hanquan, and i'm grouped with kaiwei. the game was pretty exciting, we disturbed one another when its their turn to think of words to write during the 45 seconds. in the end, kelly and hanquan won the game, and kaiwei and me was the last one. boooo. hahaa.

after that, hanquan kept saying that he needed to go to the toilet urgently, but his reason was to go down to the nearest cake shop to buy a birthday cake for kelly. hehe. when we told the waiter that he can bring out the cake, he brought the whole bag out, with the cake inside the cake box. we were like.. alamak! this was meant to be a surprise. hahaha. in the end, we had to light up the candles by ourselves, and gave kelly her birthday present. kelly, hope that you enjoyed your birthday celebration!
