ahh. today was a satisfying day.

woke up at 8am, and rushed down to the clinic when it was opened at 8.30. to my surprise, i saw doreen and xuening working there at the front desk of the clinic. it was like "oh wow! i didn't expect to see you guys here" kinda expression. FINALLY did my medical checkup, and got the medicine which i needed to bring over to the resort. the medical checkup was only to take your blood pressure, heartbeat and the stomach (whereby the doc asks you to lie on the bed, and he presses against your stomach and the sound goes "dock dock"). and it was completed in like 5 to 10 minutes? whoots! haha.

rushed to sheng xiong supermarket after visiting the doc, together with my mum and aunt. the place was terribly crowded, although its a weekday and its only 9.30 am in the morning! everybody was rushing to buy prawns, meat, mandarin oranges, and stocking everything for the new year. all i could think of was to leave the place and get home as soon as possible. but that wasn't possible as i need to squeeze thru the crowd, just to shop for my stuffs for OIPP.

did productive shopping today.

the result? exhaustion and aching legs. but i'm a happy girl!

shopped for my cny and office clothes with my mum at bugis today. got almost everything i needed. i think i spent about $200-$300, alone, while my mum spent about $200. she told me that she spent till there was only $2 left in her wallet, and when her credit card bill arrives, she'll faint on the floor. i told her, although i got almost everything which i need to, except for the shoes and bottoms, she'll have to spend some more money. hahaha!

the first time i did shopping till i felt so giddy. walking in and out of the fitting rooms more than my two hands can count (means more than 10 times. duh!) hahaha. and this is the first time i felt that, "mummy, can you just bring me home? i don't wanna shop anymore. i'm so dead tired!".

luckily, my dad came to fetch us, or else the thought of having to queue for a cab or we had to wait and squeeze with others in the public bus and lrt simply puts me off.

dead tired, and off to sleep. more shopping to be done tml. =\
