exams are finally OVER!

unbelievable.

although exams are over, but somehow or rather, i feel as if there are still so much things to do for the next whole week. i guess its the preparation for OIPP.

talking about OIPP, its really great to have qiufen and yingyu to be also posted to the same company, together with chloe and helena.

we'll be heading for Spring City Resort, a golf resort operated by Keppel Land at Kunming.

i'm really really excited and totally looking forward to the trip, although there are a thousand and one things to prepare, and i will be away from the comfort of my home and my friends for the next 2 months.


my friend is back from AFRICA! (in the picture) heh heh.

dad was finally back from africa on wednesday evening, from his mountain climbing. he climbed mount kilimanjaro, and came back with his face and hands black like dark chocolate. haha. on the way back in the cab, he talked non stop during the 20 minutes back home until i almost fell asleep.

he talked non stop about how cold it really was, and that at the peak of the mountain, everything was ice. how terrible the food was, and only had 2 meals everyday. he also went to the safari! and the pictures were really cool. i'll share with you guys if possible when the photos are uploaded.

he spent $5000 for the trip (airfares, porters, meals provided etc.) to climb 5000 metres mountain, or to be exact 5895 metres. and this is what my mum said.

"spend $5000 to climb 5000 metres. i can't make it. give me that money to attend my cooking class."

and i told her, " mummy, please don't make me kick you out to the sun."
